Great service!
I found the ad for the flat I'll be moving into next week on Sparerooms, and within a day, Rio had kindly set me up with a viewing the day after.
Rio was fantastic with answering all the many questions I had, he was always on call to answer any questions I had after the viewing. He helped me through all the checks and now I can move in on my desired date!

Was really impressed with the speed that JD Property and specifically, Rio, was able to operate at. I needed to move in to a place within a short time frame and Rio was more than happy to accommodate for this. Was really impressed with the speed that JD Property and specifically, Rio, was able to operate at.
I needed to move in to a place within a short time frame and Rio was more than happy to accommodate for this. He was willing to discuss things outside of his working hours and even used his own time for my viewing which impressed me.
The referencing process went through quickly too enabling me to move in on my desired date.
Overall I am very impressed by the service I've been given by Rio and all of JD property.

Our overall experience with JD Property began with a disappointment, but it gradually got better.
The following is our experience in a rough chronological manner. We first got into contact with one of the salespersons, who was very polite, approachable, resourceful, and patient.
However, just a day after we had paid a holding deposit, he informed us that there was a mystery competitor who also wanted our apartment, and was willing to pay a little extra than what we first agreed on. Trusting his integrity and being absolutely new to renting a property in the UK, we clumsily agreed to pay an extra rent of GBP20/month - hoping that would be the end of it. Then, we had received more phone calls from the sales team (both the salesperson and the manager) demanding more rent in similar fashion, so we felt strange about it and consulted our local friends. They told us that after paying the holding deposit, there should not be any competitor whatsoever. Realizing this, we told the agency that we would not "compete" anymore, and for some strange reasons, the "competitor" also suddenly decided not to take our apartment anymore.
We don't know what really happened behind the scene, but this incident did not leave a positive impression on us.
Having said that, the administrator team is the complete opposite; they have been doing such a wonderful job, and consistently so. They are always quick to respond, professional, and approachable. We can really feel that they do work hard to solve our problems.
They make us feel more secured about this tenancy, and it's thanks to them, and also the property itself, that we decided to extend the contract for 2 more years. If it wasn't because of what happened with the sales team, we would have given a higher rating.
