I cannot rate Hannells and, specifically, Sarah highly enough. From the first call to them to sell our property, they were uber professional, exceptionally helpful and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. She went above and beyond in every single way for us as the seller and also for our buyer. From swift and regular communications and updates and everything in between, just exceptional.
Her service was exemplary and beyond outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. We would never again use anybody else if we were selling a property in an area that Hannells covered - they are the best by a million miles.

What a great service I brought a property oh Hannells. Hannells were swift to advertise my property once I had signed with them, the marketing was excellent, they were able to show round potential buyers quickly and managed to get us a reasonably quick sale. This part was excellent and could not have asked more from.
The only reason for this not being a five star review is that I would often receive emails from different people in the team, and it became confusing who I was dealing with. When we signed up with a Sam, we were led to believe he would be leading the sale, but I never spoke to him again. Whilst Eve, Laura, Sarah were all absolutely lovely, polite and knowledgeable, I wasn't sure each time who I should be talking to when I called the office and sometimes emails would cross over from their office stating different things, which made it a bit confusing. It would have been better for Hannells to have told me from the start which was my lead contact, or to co-ordinate themselves so that I would not receive opposing emails - e.g. offers lower than I've already received.
