The team and Richard Kendall's did a fantastic job taking care of the sale of my property. Nothing was too much trouble and there was always an immediate response to any query I had.
The turnaround of information from the initial valuation right through to brochure production and promotion was super slick and gave me real confidence at what can be a nerve racking time for a seller. I felt in safe hands throughout.
The team provided exceptional customer service from start to finish!
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

David Savage viewed our property and was a very honest and professional estate agent who covered everything and did everything in a very professional manner.The brochure that was produced spoke for its self and our property sold within 6 days of it going onto the market.Yes you could say we had an outstanding property but it had to be marketed correctly with the correct sale price.Since the sale of the property Elizabeth Cooke has been dealing with our sale of which at times has been very difficult to say the least.Liz has done an amazing job is very knowledgeable and has got a sale over the line in the most difficult of times.Liz has gone way above the call of duty and i would suggest if you need to sell a house there would be no better person to deal with it.Liz today you have made a difficult Christmas a special one for us.Thank you so much.Mr-Mrs Goodwin
