Mark Antony was one of the agents and we immediately liked the very personable Sonya Laing. Her zest, enthusiasm and friendliness really struck a chord with us and we particularly liked her commitment to us and our property, assuring us that she would conduct any viewings herself.
We quickly decided it would be Mark Antony that we wanted to sell our beloved home.
We were equally impressed with the onward service provided by MA. A photographer came along and took a wonderful set of pictures and helped by the super-efficient Jodie Wane (more about her later) at the office, our listing went live.
True to her word, Sonya arrived for viewing after viewing and we were always comforted to know that she'd done all the legwork in order for her to know our home and the local area inside and out. After every viewing she always found time to sit down with us and give us feedback on how it all had gone. We'd then get further feedback in the following days from the office once Jodie and the team had spoken to the viewers. This thorough way of offering us feedback not only gave us a boost but also helped us manage our expectations going forward and was very useful.
We had some issues along the way, as you always do when selling a property, but the team at MA, especially Jodie, had endless reserves of patience, positivity and common sense. We were struck by their ability to overcome any hurdles. We would often come off the phone from Jodie and co feeling uplifted a good deal calmer!
And yes, they did sell their house for us...to the right buyer and for the right price.
The hard work carried on post sale with the same efficiency and eye for detail we'd come to expect and appreciate from this company.
In our view, MA and every one of its staff are first rate and are deserving of every recognition within the industry.
Here are a few words we'd use to describe MA: professional, trustworthy, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, caring, great team, amazing customer service.
We wouldn't hesitate in using this agent again or recommending them to family, friends and anyone else we know.
All in all, just brilliant!

We chose Mark Anthony after reading the reviews, and after the initial assessment with Sonya felt we didn't need to get any more agents out . ALL staff were very professional and helpful from the outset and gave us the confidence to expect a smooth sale . Our sale was assigned to Millie and she was exceptional throughout , always kept us informed, if she was on leave gave us details of help available. There was a delay ( on the purchasers side ) but Millie calmly reassured us and she was always right with the information . It can be difficult to coordinate but she did admirably . She promotes Mark Anthony in the very best way . Many thanks Millie also all staff .

Excellent service - from market appraisal, valuation to marketing the property and conducting the viewings. At all times communication has been punctual and detailed and they have really supported us with the process of selling the property.
The marketing pack contained great photos and the 360 tour helped with initial viewings to support COVID restrictions, but also allowed people to get a view of the house and confirm their interest before a physical viewing was arranged.
My dealing with Sonia at the appraisal and valuation was efficient and informative, with Fay and Millie during the marketing and viewings was supportive and enthusiastic.
Overall the experience has been smooth and efficient.
Looking forward to completing the sale successfully, now we have a genuine buyer in place.

I instructed Mark Antony Estates (MAE) to sell my 5 bedroom property. My experience of previous agents had been mixed and MAE came highly recommended to me. Since instructing MAE, I have been hugely impressed with their professionalism and how proactive they were to secure interest and viewings. Sonya Laing, in particular, was absolutely fantastic, going the extra mile at every turn, including ringing and texting on her days off.

The whole process from begining to end was very professional. Beth was happy to answer any questions and help wherever she could with our marketing. Matt & Emelia were really helpful when we got our first offer and then Brad dealt with our last offer and was super helpful with the whole process after that. Everyone was happy to help and really worked hard for us and we really appreciated it. Our house sold in 2 weeks because of their hard work.

Sonja Laing precisely on time and on the agreed date. in a time of concern etc she was very careful and asked me about her being in a mask distances etc and was very respectful of the social distancing rules. Sonja was clear about how they came up with their initial valuation and potential rental as my property is quite unique in the area. Sonja went around the property and then discuss the actual figure she thought was achievable for a sale which was higher than the original figure. Sonja then went through the costs and the process and without being pushy left me her details to think about it and to get back in touch. I got in touch after the weekend to think about it and have found the whole team excellent to deal with, Katie was great in starting the process and quickly sent the photographer round., Beth was helpful on the phone. Brad was great at arranging the viewing and checking the convenience of the times etc. Each time I received a text just prior to the viewing and received a telephone call with feedback after each viewing. On the first day I had an offer just under the asking price but the third viewing that Sonja accompanied the person put in an offer of the full asking price, and no chain involved, all within a week. I didn't have a solicitor but MA even made a recommendation on that and following a very competitive quote I will be using that solicitor. I have had regular emails telling me what was happening next and keeping me updated.
Thank you I cannot believe how quickly you have responded and how efficient the whole process has been, I would recommend Mark Antony to anyone selling in the area.
