About Natasha
Natasha is our founder’s daughter and has always had a key part to play in Whitlocks, even from a young age.
At 14 she had a Saturday job whilst still at school and officially started working for our company.
She joined us full time when she was 17 as a Trainee Negotiator and instantly fell in love wit
h the industry, just like her Mum.
Natasha is now the leader of the company and has combined Montana’s ethos with her own passion and modern approach which has resulted in record breaking Sales and a sizeable Lettings Portfolio.
She brings so much encouragement, strategic planning and motivation to the team and offers fantastic property advice to anyone who needs her help.
Having lived in Bognor Regis all her life, she is an expert on all the local villages.
In three words, we would describe Natasha as driven, ambitious and dedicated.
Her colleagues would describe her as focused, knowledgeable and inspiring.
Natasha is very strong willed, and she never lets anything get in her way of completing the goals she sets herself.
In her personal time, she loves spending time with her son Jack and husband Neale as well as her friends. To relax she goes to the gym or cuddles up in front of the fire with a glass of wine and her three cats whilst watching crime series and action films. She loves holidaying especially in the Caribbean and is formally a keen footballer for Pagham Ladies FC.

For me, they dealt expertly with an unusual request to exchange contracts within 48 hours. This was completed with professionalism and expertise and I was very quickly delighted with my purchase.

After being with another reputable Estate Agent in Bognor Regis and having ONLY 5 viewings in 5 months, I decided to bite the bullet and change agents. I am so glad I made this decision and moved to Whitlocks, I had 5 viewings in two weeks and a firm offer. Natasha from the start promised a quick sale at a price I was happy with and she delivered this. Montana dealt with the aftersales very efficiently and managed to buy me some extra time when it came to arranging a completion date. Wish I had gone with Whitlocks from the start. Hello. I'm renting a property from Whitlocks Estate Agents for a while now. The staff are absolutely brilliant (friendly and realy helpful). £500 It was due to the internal leak not coused by me. I was in shock! Natasha kindly helped me to deal with Southern and Portsmouth Water and landlord to get my money

We were kept up to date daily by email or telephone call with every viewing that had been booked and also feedback on prospective buyers views.
The bungalow was sold in June/July 2016 with completion taking place in early October.
We were very impressed by Whitlocks and would certainly use them again if the need arose. It was nice to deal with a friendly family business.
