I have had a very good experience with Oakton Estates in Stirchley Birmingham. Renting my house with them has been trouble-free in the 5-10 years they have been looking after it. Initially they found great tenants who have stayed and looked after the house. I think they pursue a high level of professionalism whether they are looking after one or more houses. The staff are great and I would like to cite Karen individually as she has been very helpful to me I've the years with queries big and small. 10 out f 10!!

Really great letting agency. The flat I rented was of a high standard and the landlord really approachable. When getting my deposit back they were very helpful with regards to my circumstances and I got my deposit back within 2 weeks. A very happy cystomer.
