Excellent , the whole team went above and beyond , I would definitely recommend them , I made the unfortunate mistake of selling with a different agent and purchased through Richard james , they helped me more than my own estate agent and if I had to do it all again I would definitely sell through ... Excellent , the whole team went above and beyond , I would definitely recommend them , I made the unfortunate mistake of selling with a different agent and purchased through Richard james , they helped me more than my own estate agent and if I had to do it all again I would definitely sell through them , they were always available at the end of the phone and helped me through every step of the way , I can’t thank them enough for all their help and support

Really happy to recommend Richard James following my recent experience with them handling the sale of my property. It had been a very long time since I had bought or sold a home and they made it a less stressful process for me following a poor experience with another agent. The sales team were all personable, helpful & efficient. They gave prompt responses to all queries, were knowledgeable & professional and achieved a sale during a tricky period in the housing market. The sales progression side was equally good in all aspects, I was very grateful to Claire for all her work and the excellent way she dealt with everything for me.

Couldn't ask for a better service. Valuation was nearly accurate to the sale agreed price and the property was on the market without any undue delay.
I am highly recommending Richard James for their great service.

You just can't get customer service like this anywhere else. I tried one of the internet agencies and got nowhere. They offer I received was 20% less than asking. Cathy took on the property at the same price, we immediately had viewings and it sold at close to the asking price! All the way ... Read Full Review
