After an unsuccessful contract period with another local agent, I switched to Oakwood Estates. John offered me a realistic view of the market and was able to get me a number of viewings in a short period of time, one of which resulted in an offer which I accepted. As the sale progressed I had a great deal of help from Nigel who clearly has considerable experience in progressing sales and offered me a lot of good advice. Overall I found them both very pleasant to deal with and was very satisfied with the service.

I must say that these guys are spot on when it comes to customer service. I can only comment on the sale of my house however what I did experience was extremely high end. From the start right through to dealing with their legal man Nigel. These guys are all switched on and extremely motivated to get the job done. One of the reasons I picked them was because when I had dealt with the Richings Park Branch a few years before as a buyer and they were the only agency willing to bend over backwards when it came to getting a viewing booked in. We ended up viewing on Sunday morning in the end. I'm happy to put these guys forward as a recommendation if you are looking to sell or for that matter buy a property. Many thanks to you all.
