Only good things to say about Elephant. Top team! Always prompt and reliable and willing to offer advice. Valuation was thorough, and the excellent photos and description really helped make the house look its best. Looking around at other agents' websites made it obvious how good Elephant were in terms of presentation. The viewings happened over one weekend and we got multiple offers, several well over the asking price. Sale went through no problem. We were recommended them by a neighbour, and have gone on to recommend them to others. All good.

Elephant are something else . . . . charming, authentic, elegant and efficient. I've never before experienced an estate agent like this, and they made everything simple for me, as well as achieving an excellent price for the property they were selling for me. A small independent agent with Bristol firmly at its heart, but with big city style and levels of service. Therefore highly recommended.
The whole process was very professionally delivered and the customer service better than any I have experienced in Bristol, and I have lived here for 16yrs and moved many times around the city.
The quality of the photography I think is of particular note as was the level of service delivered by all the staff (and I think I met most of them both during our house hunt and sale!), but in particular Sam Jackson who was pivotal in ensuring our sale went through smoothly in what was the start of a long chain that took some time to come together.
Their strong brand and marketing has ensured they get the best local houses in my opinion. Their research, communication and knowledge of the market is impressive. Therefore it was an easy decision to select them to sell our house, which was achieved swiftly and exceeded expectations. And what more can you wish for from an agent? Many thanks to all involved.

I've just exchanged on my first house thanks to Elephant! The staff at Elephant have been absolutely brilliant and have provided me with a very dedicated and personal service. The sale of my flat and purchase of my new house have been mainly looked after by Alec Jupp and Sam Jackson. They've both been incredibly professional with a calm and friendly approach, providing me with helpful advice and guidance every step of the way. Sam looked after the day to day managing of my properties and worked incredibly hard to make sure everything went smoothly and was always there for advice if I ever needed it. I can't recommend Elephant and its talented staff enough. I also love their ethos and the properties they represent. If you plan to buy or sell, speak to Elephant first. They are taking the Bristol property market by storm!
