Polite, courteous, always communicating and keeping me updated to taking care that my needs were at the centre of the sale. Nothing was too much trouble and I really enjoyed the relationship I had with Novahomes. This is the 2nd time I have used Novahomes to either buy or sell a house and would highly recommend them.

Nova Homes Sales have been AWESOME!!! The entire team have been exceptional in the way they marketed my property, to showing prospective buyers around. Polite, courteous, always communicating and keeping me updated to taking care that my needs were at the centre of the sale. Nothing was too much trouble and I really enjoyed the relationship I had with Novahomes. This is the 2nd time I have used Novahomes to either buy or sell a house and would highly recommend them.
They know the market and when I had a little wobble thinking my house would not sell / I was not getting many hits on the advert, they reassured me that it was the time of year (over Christmas) and that in the first weeks of January, interest in my property would increase . .that was an understatement, lol! I sold really quickly and I cannot thank the team enough, especially Lee, Keira and Kiera. .FANTASTIC!!
