Ryder and Dutton were recommended to me by a neighbour who had recently sold their property. The whole process of selling my house has been an easy experience and communication has been excellent. The viewing appointments came through and within 3 months I had two offers on my property. The tracking online of my appointments and sold process is a good tool and one I have used regularly. Staff have been polite and helpful throughout the process.

In the process of buying my house there were a number of issues which meant the deal was delayed. Rhyannon worked hard to keep everyone involved in the loop and also assist me with things I was unsure on as a first time buyer.
If it wasn't for her help, I'd still be waiting for updates from the other parties involved!
