I have been a customer for spencers' property services for 17 years. Ms Helene tyler the accountant in your' agency has served me for nearly nine years . I have been a customer for spencers' property services for 17 years.
Ms Helene tyler the accountant in your' agency has served me for nearly nine years . From the day she worked for me there were no delays in her work regarding my flat . My statements were on time and all my queries were attended promptly . If any queries or work not related to her , she makes sure somebody would attend to the job for me to get a reply. As the spencers joined portico , I am yet to meet a reliable member of staff as Helene. Ms SILVA , 18, CHURCH BANK, LONDON E17.

No customer service on a Friday. Rude/ won't let you talk/ won't reply to your emails. I think she should try a bit harder with clients - not saying the client is always right but Helene being rude and frustrated for no real reason when I should be annoyed for not getting my money back. ... No customer service on a Friday. Rude/ won't let you talk/ won't reply to your emails.
I think she should try a bit harder with clients - not saying the client is always right but Helene being rude and frustrated for no real reason when I should be annoyed for not getting my money back. Unacceptable.
Happy to take your money but again, no one is dealing with anything when you need support.
