I had a very bad experience with Winkworth, Willesden Green branch, regarding a letting. We provided all the information to the landlord via the Winkworth about our incomes.
He accepted our offer and 2 weeks later he changed his mind, after the expected date of moving!
We had to email and call Winkworth many times without answer and at the same time they were publishing ads on internet for the same flat.
We have been in trouble and at the end they kept £50 fees! They have been very unprofessional. Absolutely avoid them!
