It is well known that the fees are expensive for this letting agents and you would expect the service to reflect this - it does not.

Rebecca showed us round the flat and was very friendly and helpful. We were then handed to Claudiu who accepted our holding deposit without problem.
The process of reference collection was slow and required us emailing to chase what was needed - which should not be necessary when paying £425 pp for references, guarantor and admin.
On move in day, the toilet was leaking, hob broken and the flat had not been professionally cleaned (stains on carpet, rust/mould on windows, smelt of smoke - verified by independent inventory clerk). I took 2 days annual leave waiting to move in (and wasted two day's rent) chasing Claudiu and the team. It seemed this was low down on their priority list and required my constant hassling (email and phone) for any outcome - still remains to be resolved (day 4 of tenancy).
I strongly recommend avoiding this letting agents if you are a tenant. Either spend slightly more on fees and go with a well regarded letting agents or pay a lot less to go with a letting agents with comparable service.
