I recently sold a property through the Dafydd Hardy Caernarfon team. I have been impressed by the service from start to finish, as the whole team were friendly and professional throughout the whole process.
My main contact was Aled, who dealt with the sale. The sale wasn’t easy, but there was nothing that Aled couldn’t overcome.
I would highly recommend selling via Dafydd Hardy.

This was my first time selling a property. I did not know what to expect or what to do. As soon as I started the paperwork at Dafydd Hardy in Caernarfon I knew it was in safe and organised hands.
Alen and Ffion were the two main staff members I interacted with and I could not have been any more happier. With not just myself as the seller but with prospective buyers they were great. During home visits and over the phone I was able to ask all my questions and they always updated me with news and any tasks to perform.
I believe they were just as important to the sale of my property. They sold it. From the original video and pictures taken and their positive input given to prospective buyers.
I would not question recommending others to seek their skills.

Aled gave us small snippets of information, without overloading us and allowing time for us to process what was said and look around without being rushed.
