A very professional company throughout the sale of our house. From the valuation to the sales team, all staff communicated well with us and continually kept us informed of the progress of the sale. Even at the most stressful time, Miller Metcalfe staff were calm and understanding. They were happy to answer all of our questions even if we rang on a daily basis! They were able to communicate with all parties involved and report back at each stage. Worthy of particular mention was Chloe, our sales negotiator who was always helpful and never phased by our many questions, always offering clear explanations of the process. Having only moved house once in the past 25 years, we found this level of support particularly helpful. We would certainly recommend Miller Metcalfe to anyone considering selling their house and would use them again in the future, should we need to sell another house.
