Sadly my brother passed away and I was named as executor of his will. This involved selling his flat. I chose Gallant Richardson after meeting Craig Tarbet as I felt that he would offer me the support and understanding that I needed at this difficult time. I cannot praise Craig enough and the whole of the Gallant Richardson team. The service is second to none and I wish all estate agents were so professional, helpful, informative, proactive, kind and patient. If anyone is reading this review then my advice would be to look no further than Gallant Richardson as they really are the best.

Over the last 10+ years we have been clients of Gallant Richardson, both as tenants and recently as purchasers of our current property. Throughout that time we have enjoyed an excellent relationship with everyone there. We have never had a problem dealing with them, and when we have had any issues with our tenancy or during property purchase, they have always gone the extra distance to help us resolve whatever need to be resolved. The staff are all very professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. Without doubt the best estate and letting agency in the area!

We stayed in the same property for 15 years.
Throughout our time they were always helpful.
Any issues we had with the property were dealt with promptly and we were always kept informed as to the progress.
Inevitably issues arise when renting and Gallant Richardson's agents were extremely quick to respond and courteous.
When we eventually moved out (moved abroad), Gallant Richardson were extremely helpful and understanding.
Overall Gallant Richardson were professional, considerate, helpful and accommodating (bad pun). I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any potential tenants.

Don't shop around looking for the cheapest agent or the one that sells the most houses…these guys know exactly what they're doing and were so helpful throughout my move. If you like good old fashioned honest customer service look no further.
I can't thanks Craig and Andy enough for their time, patience, care and expertise during this stressful time. Honestly, if you're in the Colchester area and looking for an agent for a sale or to buy, look no further. You won't regret it.

Craig from Gallant Richardson arrived at the agreed time for the initial appointment. All aspects of the sale and lease/service arrangements were discuss fully and I had a clear understanding of the sale process. A reasonable price was agreed and the flat went on the market. The sale was very quick and a price was agreed with the buyer. At all points throughout the sale I was kept informed by Craig and Andy. They also spoke with the solicitors dealing with the sale. Very impressed throughout and would recommend Gallant Richardson to friends and family. I felt it was a very professional, friendly service from start to finish.

The first question Andy from GR asked when we met was why us? My response was, because of the Google reviews. So it's only fair I add to the reviews. My property wasn't the easiest sale GR have ever had, but the commitment and professionalism from the whole team was fantastic, they never lost faith that they would find a buyer. Constant feed back and advice was first class. From start to finish Andy, Craig and the rest of the team were outstanding

To be honest five stars is not enough with the help they have given me. If they say they will do something , believe me they will do it , I simply can't fault Andy and Craig at the Colchester branch for professionalism, patience and attention to detail, they not only made me feel like there only customer , they made me feel like a member of family which is very hard to find in this day and age thanks again guys .
