Factotum actively managed my property for over five years (2007-13) and always found good tenants. Factotum actively managed my property for over five years (2007-13) and always found good tenants. There was one exception where the tenants were difficult and caused some damage - Factotum dealt with theme efficiently and arranged the repairs promptly. There have been several occasions where I have needed fairly major works done - retiling the bathroom, replacing the central heating boiler and they have always found and supervised good quality local tradespeople.
