When I first approached Factotum to view a flat for rent I have to say I was a little bit wary. After a few years of renting in Edinburgh I had never heard of this agency and neither had any of my friends. These concerns, however, quickly disappeared thanks to their professionalism and promptness dealing with everything to do with sorting the lease and managing to property thereafter. Stacey and her colleagues were always very helpful and a pleasure to deal with, quickly resolving any issues I've had and for that, I am grateful.

If it was for these two amazing ladies, i would probably still not have a flat! i am extremely grateful and forever thankful to the wonderful work these two do!

I live and work overseas at present and decided to let my flat. A few agencies were recommended to me and I chose Factotum after an initial meeting. I found the agents to be professional ,friendly and informative.
The agent dealing with my property is Maggie Rafalska who is excellent. She can always be counted on to reply to any questions in a timely manner and takes care of any problems immediately. Maggie's attention to detail is the best I have encountered in situations when I myself was renting. Factotum is fortunate to have such a good employee
I feel very comfortable leaving my flat in the capable hands of Factotum. I have recommended them several times.

I was extremely satisfied with Factotum's services, having used a couple other estate agencies, and already using another in Glasgow who have already proven to be of a lesser standard. Maggie was always quick to reply to any questions, and to organise any faults which needed repaired. Although small, the company is professional, well respected and I will be recommending or using Factotum again in the future. I cannot think of any faults whatsoever.

I am really pleased I chose to rent through Factotum. Renting the property was extremely easy, stress free and Maggie would always be available if there were any issues at the property.
