I recently let a property as a landlord through Ryder & Dutton. Rachel from the Ashton branch could not have been more efficient and helpful throughout the whole process. She was aways at the end of the phone whenever i had a query and kept me informed at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Rachel (and every R&D staff member I have dealt with) has always been so professional and incredibly efficient. You can tell she is an expert in her field. I feel safe in the knowledge that Ryder & Dutton are managing my property as I trust them implicitly thanks to Rachel.

We are extremely happy with the service provided to us by Rachel. She ensured the process of bringing our property to the rental market ran very smoothly. She is very professional, reliable, punctual, friendly and approachable and answered all our queries immediately. She explained everything we needed to know in a clear and concise way which assisted my understanding of the whole process. We are very pleased with the pictures Rachel took of our property and she went out of her way to ensure we were happy with them. She also signposted clearly who would be taking over the management of the property and provided us with the contact details and also our landlord tracker. I would highly recommend Rachel's assistance if considering the rental market. Thank you very much for all your help.

The fees are very reasonable. I opted for the fully managed package and although it's 15% of the rental amount, it gives me peace of mind that the property will be in safe hands.
