The flat was well maintained and supplied, as well as being perfectly located. The staff were welcoming, patient, and helpful from start to finish. Factotum know the Edinburgh market extremely well having been in the business for more than 30 years and established a solid reputation with both tenants and landlords. And they are effective too: my short-term and Festival let property has had almost continuous occupancy for the past two years, the longest void being three weeks for decoration. Olivia and Kerrie are the people I currently deal with: they are both totally professional, experienced, with good judgement of people and excellent negotiation skills. They respond quickly to emails and pay fees quickly too. They are also delightful people to deal with and I recommend them without reservation.

She has, moreover, a most friendly and charming manner. Indeed all of Factotum's staff with whom we have come into contact so far have been really pleasant and helpful.

The company goes about its business very professionally. We are particularly impressed by the way they check our property before and after short lets and by their effective and timely communication with us. Judging by our experience with the company so far, we would have no hesitation in recommending it to other potential landlords.

All nice and easy arrangements, property exactly on standard as described (very nice)
Balance of deposit returned promptly, no fuss, which is always a good sign. Professional and helpful.
