Emma has been an integral part of Harrington\\\'s and has been quickly promoted through the ranks to the manager of the business. Emma is consistently trained by the owner Mark Harrington on a day by day basis to ensure that she manages the business overall and is forever improving herself. She has an extensive k
nowledge of the property market and advises the lettings valuer on market trends. Emma is a very charismatic member of staff and is excellent with dealing with the variety of people we deal with on a daily basis. She is our social butterfly and enjoys travelling and spending time with her friends and family.

Reviewing your service;
I am rating your service a 5 because of you’re staff gives out the best advice to us especially since we are the first time moving out, the staff has been very informative with properties, they are very responsive to our calls and emails, they gave us a quick booking for a viewing for us and when we told them that we were interested, they went straight to the point and already gave us the paperwork which we really loved. The man who showed us around the house was very bubbly, humorous and friendly to us and has been very helpful to us. Lastly, there is always good updates on what houses there are in the market and always gave us a filtered update on what suits us best!
So yes that is the reason why I give this a 5 star rating.
We found Harringtons lettings on Rightmove and Zoopla when we were browsing properties for us to move in.

Quick to pick up the phone and very friendly, also, there opening hours are good for calling out of peak times.

It's often a nightmare dealing with lettings agents as a tenant as it can be so hit-and-miss, sometimes a pleasant experience and sometimes the opposite.
I have enjoyed working with Harringtons thus far and consider them to be one of the best agents I've had to deal with to date. Each step of the way to moving my family into our new home has been a positive experience and I cannot recommend Harringtons Lettings enough. They are a superb team to work with

Although we have not yet moved into our new student house I can only comment on the excellent and prompt turnarounds from your letting team. They were honest about issues with the house and reassuring that these would be rectified before we moved in. As a student it can be very competitive and stressful trying to find a house but the two estate agents that we dealt with were very helpful, on time to viewings and quick to process all the paperwork. Thank you for making it such a simple experience for our first rental!
