I was referred to Prime London by a family member as we were having difficulty renting our flat on the Southbank. Jo and Samantha were fantastic. They marketed the flat professionally and accurately, gave us a sensible and realistic valuation and proceeded to find a suitable tenant within a week. The whole process was completely pain free and it has been a pleasure to work with the team since then (they have subsequently dealt with our renewals). I would have no hesitation in recommending them and have no intention of using anyone else for renting my properties.

*I hope that I know what a client is looking for when they instruct someone to sell or let a property for them. Clear concise messages, calls returned, professional details, and mostly, to be kept informed at all times. Add to that the skill of negotiating the best possible price and all round package for the client and you should be some way towards portraying yourself as a truly professional firm. Prime London managed to tick all of the above boxes and surpass my higher than average expectations. I have been delighted with the speed and professionalism shown in achieving the full asking price on my London Apartment, from excellent applicants. 6 months paid in advance and a minimum 12 month contract means total peace of mind for me and my family. I have been in * business for 28 years and am really impressed with the level of service this firm have produced.
