As tenants we have been with Simon Clarke for over 2 years and found them to offer thee most comprehensive and professional maintenance service that supports both the tenants and the landlord.
Neil Shah now a partner of the company is willing to help with anything - rare these days for someone in a senior position.
Carl their in-house maintenance man is unique and outstanding with what he does.
Purdie Martin - manages the maintenance department and is extremely efficient and professional.
Margaret Clarke offers a service that is hard to believe. She will go out of her way consistently to
support you in small things like getting your post from the previous property. Nothing is too much trouble for her and this 'old fashion' service holds value to tenants like us in the rental market for the past 12 years. To know there are people like Margaret Clarke out there who genuinely care is priceless to us.
Overall Simon Clarke have raised the marker of what is possible for Letting Agents and they are without any doubt leaders in the field of property rental.
