From a very shaky start with Braemore when they bought over Alba Residential, we are now absolutely delighted with the service they provide. We are confident that any issues the tenants notify are dealt with immediately which is important for everyone. Barry Kirk, our Property Manager has been excellent, using common sense in solving problems, and going out of his way to reassure the tenants. That we have had 3 sets of tenants who have extended their leases speaks for itself, but it is a two way street. We hand over an immaculate flat, and expect to get it back as such, bar wear and tear. We have not been disappointed, and when there was a discussion about retention of some deposit, Lisa Cockerell handled this in a most efficient and diplomatic manner to the satisfaction of the tenants and ourselves.
Because we have an HMO licence, we deal with Alison Westwater who ensures that all the paperwork is up to date, and she has been incredibly helpful in ensuring that everything is attended to. Susan Ryles has handled our reletting with efficiency.
