A complete shambles. One star is too many! From a landlord's perspective I would advise avoiding at all costs. Terrible communication, poor administrative processes in place. Errors from them on HMO certification, informing landlord of impending tenant departure, and even passing rent on to ... Read Full Review

A complete shambles. One star is too many!
From a landlord's perspective I would advise avoiding at all costs. Terrible communication, poor administrative processes in place. Errors from them on HMO certification, informing landlord of impending tenant departure, and even passing rent on to landlord!
