We have a mouse infestation, and were told that because of the time of year, no pest control would be available until January. * told me that there is no such thing as emergency pest control, which I'm not sure is true. He also refuted that mice are a health hazard because "we're not living in the dark ages." I understand that he is limited in what he is able to do to help, but he was very dismissive and quite patronising.

Andras has been looking after a house for me for a few years, and I've found him to be really excellent and diligent. To give an example.....the sofa in the house gave up after a few years, and Andras not only helped oversee its delivery, but then built the thing for me! That's going the extra mile. So I have no hesitation in recommending him. Always polite, efficient and good humoured.

I have been a landlord for just over 1 year and although at the start I was a little dubious about letting my property out, Braemore have been excellent in guiding me through the process every step of the way. Their expertise and professionalism shines through. Top class communication and customer service. Andras has always kept in touch with me and keeping me updated. My tenants are also a delight. Signing up with Braemore has been the best thing I have done. Absolute no worries at all. :)

I was seconded abroad by my firm at short notice, but Braemore was very understanding of the situation and went the extra mile to accommodate me. Andras agreed to do the initial inspection with me and I found him to be friendly and helpful, but always professional and very competent. Upon moving in, the flat has a couple of issues to which I was quite uncomfortable but Braemore has attended to these issues relatively quickly especially on boiler and heater and hope the rest of the issues be solved soon as well. Special thanks to Andras Bodor and John Hobbs.
In overall, good experience and would recommend them to future tenants.
