We have purchased our new home with Northwood. The service we have received from the whole team has been great. They are very friendly and helpful.
Moh who showed us around the property was great, he didn't rush us, gave us lots of advice and supported us through the whole process. Moh always dealt with our queries really quickly and professionally .

Having spent many months fruitlessly searching Watford for a decent rental property at a reasonable price I finally made a breakthrough with Northwood. I really appreciate that Mr. Moh Taddayon helped me to deal with sales of my property even though I was abroad sometimes. It is really efficient and professional. He gave me a lot of suggestions and also always followed up everything and recommended very efficient and professional solicitors. His agent fee is very reasonable. But I paid more than agreed commission for I am really satisfied with his service. Then I also appreciate Farah, Paige, and Siobhan's help as well. They are really team work and helped me a lot. Paige was my main agent, with Moh filling in while she was on annual leave. Both were incredibly polite and stepped up when things needed to be done. Paige was an absolute star when it came to dealing with Help to Buy and the seller's solicitors, and even pressed them to move my completion/exchange date forward to a more convenient day. As with any process, there were a few hiccups along the way, but we got there in the end. Thanks, guys!
