Fast Effective Service
Carol answered the property queries, to my satisfaction. The deposit for the letting was processed professionally and effectively, with the necessary receipt back to me within ten minutes as promised.
This is the first time I’ve used Braemore and from my encounter, I would have no hesitation in recommending their letting service.

I have been dealing with Braemore Edinburgh for more than 2 years and for the majority Caroline Inglis was my Property Manager. As a Landlord it was never hassle free but very stressful. I have been dealing with Braemore Edinburgh for more than 2 years and for the majority Caroline Inglis was my Property Manager. As a Landlord it was never hassle free but very stressful.
The Property Management Service from Braemore Edinbugh for Landlords is poor and cannot be recommended.
A brief list of issues I was facing:
- Overpriced workmanship was assigned to deal with repairs of my property
- No quality checks were carried out of completed repair work
- Poor workman standards of assigned contractors
- Telephone calls and emails were not returned in a timely manner
- Unauthorised work was carried out and invoiced
- Incorrect Invoices were not corrected in a timely manner
and the list goes on

We telephoned as soon as we left the property and our call was handled quickly and efficiently by Caroline who guided us through the process smoothly. We telephoned as soon as we left the property and our call was handled quickly and efficiently by Caroline who guided us through the process smoothly.
On the day we collected the keys for our flat she ensured that we understood all that was required of us as tenants also the landlords responsibilities.
We were treated in a friendly and professional way from start to finish.
