We have rented one property managed by Elite Property for more than two years. They have been wonderful mediators all throughout. They have promptly informed the landlord of our concerns and got back to us with positive solutions. They were quick and polite in all of our dealings, may it be email or phone call. Very pleased up to the time we have to surrender the keys. Thank you Elite, especially to Angela and Charlotte! All the best.

My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home, and viewed a property with Craig Headley from Elite. Craig was very welcoming, friendly and professional. He seemed very knowledgeable about the property and area and put us at ease straight away. We successfully offered on this property and at every step of the way, Craig responded to our (many) queries in a professional and timely manner. At one point there were a few confusing elements regarding the vacation of the property from the tenants, and at this point we were put in touch with Charlotte Adams, who again was extremely professional and friendly. Charlotte (along with Craig, and I believe their colleague Linda) dealt with the issues which we were having and ensured that our purchase went through on the date that we so desperately wanted. They really did go above and beyond what they were supposed to do, to ensure that we were able to purchase our very first home. Thank you for a great service!

Don't trust Charlotte Adams, who is very cooperative to get your money and then makes a run to cover the outrageous deliberate negligence of her agency. I relocated to Coventry from London last week, and still cannot get my head round the type of property that an agency let in Coventry. They left me in a disgusting, filthy house, leaking bathroom over kitchen worktop, holes in the wall, broken fireplace, no shower or bath, carpet not cleaned after previous tenants, rubbish not removed, garden left in filthy state. Doesn't an agency have a duty of care for their clients in Coventry? They have now washed their hands and asked me to leave if I'm not happy, keeping my money in the process. Is this Coventry's style? I wonder.. Or is it simply Elite Property and Charlotte Adams' style?

I have been tenant of Elite property management for the last 9 years and they are the friendliest and most helpful estate agency I have ever dealt with. Any issues I have had have been dealt with promptly and with the highest professional standard. All members of staff are very approachable and supportive, in particular Ms. Charlotte Adams who is a very talented and friendly property manager and has helped me in several occasions from maintenance of the property to renewal of tenancy agreements.
