When it came time to sell the property, there was no doubt in my mind that Drewerys were the only people I could trust. Erica, Janice and Nick handled the sale with the same outstanding level of service. They were professional, communicative, and highly responsive every step of the way. Their support made the entire process seamless and far less daunting than it could have been.

Eventually sold the flat in 2023 after an arduous two year process. Nick navigated me through this process, providing me with honest/fair/patient/goal-orientated advice throughout.

I cannot more highly praise Drewery Property Services and in particular Liz Leitch and David Dirkx. From the initial meeting when Liz viewed the property and discussed the letting valuation and type of tenants we would like, to taking pictures and agreeing property details, five prospective tenants viewing and us choosing the right tenants for us all took place in less than one week. The follow up administration e.g. checking tenant references, inventory report etc.was equally efficient and impressive, with excellent communication at all times by not just Liz and David but all members of the Drewery team. I cannot recommend Liz/David and the Drewery team highly enough. I would without hesitation use them again and recommend to friends, colleagues and family.
