The property (Buckhurst Hill on the edge of London) was marketed in February 2014 and the photos used were so dreadful that I bought a wide-angle lens (�300) and took some decent ones myself. This prompted the agent to take some good photos, but the damage was already done. The house was eventually sold in August 2014 for a lot less than the advertised price (as suggested by the agent).

This prompted the agent to take some good photos, but the damage was already done. The house was eventually sold in August 2014 for a lot less than the advertised price (as suggested by the agent).
Overall the performace of the agent was poor (with the exception of one member of staff who worked hard to resolve issues with the eventual buyer).
The fees were on the high side compared with other local agents.
I do not reccomend this firm.
