Hard to think of how a landlord could be any better than Factotum have been for us. Sophie replies almost instantly to any query and any maintenance issues are always resolved quickly and efficiently. The flat is ideal for what we want in terms of its facilities and location. Hard to think of how a landlord could be any better than Factotum have been for us. Sophie replies almost instantly to any query and any maintenance issues are always resolved quickly and efficiently.
The flat is ideal for what we want in terms of its facilities and location. Communication from Sophie is brilliant as well - service worth paying for and a landlord that I would highly recommend !

Despite being directly informed of a problem with the overflow of the property upstairs which they are supposedly managing, Factotum failed to take any action over repairs ( even though their own contractors observed the issue). Over a year after them being first notified, the overflow failed ... Read Full Review

Nothing. They are lazy and useless.
Comments (1) Report abuseDespite being directly informed of a problem with the overflow of the property upstairs which they are supposedly managing, Factotum failed to take any action over repairs ( even though their own contractors observed the issue). Over a year after them being first notified, the overflow failed completely with the result that our ceiling was dripping filthy water. After a mere 5 days (and getting the environmental health department involved) they finally managed to send someone to fix the problem.

Factotum are the most shambolic and inefficient company I have ever had dealings with. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Woefully badly run company who cannot be in any way recommended to landlords or tenants.
We have the misfortune to live under a property "managed" by these clowns and inhabited by an anti social tenant who, apart from just generally being the neighbour from hell, managed to flood our kitchen three times in as many weeks.
Factotum have continually failed to manage the anti social behaviour of the tenant and over six months later, the kitchen still isn't fixed.
Avoid like the plague.
