Starting her career in retail Alix joined the team in 2013 as a Lettings Negotiator & has proven herself and worked hard to become Senior Lettings Negotiator.
Alix is MARLA qualified having passed Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management - England & Wales & is working
towards being a qualified member of the NAEA for the National Federation of Property Professionals Level 3 Technical Award of the Sale of Residential Property for England, Wales & Northern Ireland.
Alix has recently bought a house and is learning all the DIY skills from her Dad spending her weekends doing the property up.
Her dog Sox loves a walk as all dogs do and particularly enjoys eating carrots!

From first viewing the property to getting the keys I felt like I was valued as a would-be tenant. All questions were answered very quickly and staff were always very pleasant.
We had an issue with the heating on the evening of the day we moved in (in November!) - Jigsaw managed to get someone out to us on the Saturday to correct it for us - Simply cannot fault the attitude and service, which is by far the best I've ever had a tenant in the past.
Special mentions for Alix and Harley who were so accommodating and helpful in the process and Candice for keys handover. I would not hesitate to rent again from Jigsaw.

I have been with Jigsaw Letting for 10 years and they have never let me down. Always prompt in answering queries, sorting out paperwork fast and efficiently.
All the staff in the Selby branch are great polite and helpful in securing the desired property and flexible schedule for viewing properties.
Any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly and resolved in a timely manner around my schedule.
Would recommend in a heartbeat. 10/10

We recently rented a house through jigsaw, and every part of it was smooth and fast. From the first email sent to the present day, emails are answered quickly from their friendly staff and keep you up to date with any thing going on. Application was straight forward plus can all be done online for ease. Quick to arrange a viewing for the house and they were very informative about documentations etc or anything you wanted to know. Alix Simpkin who we had most contact with was absolutely fantastic and a friendly person. Can't rate these high enough. Nothing is ever too much for them to sort out.

The team at Jigsaw have always put us first.
When we first moved into our dream home we knew there were a few areas that needed some attention, however, we were already told by the previous tenant that we would be safe with Jigsaw and that they would action our requests quickly. We've never had any problems with them coming back to us and the team are really pleasant.
