I recently utilised the services of Northwood Real Estate Warminster in renting a delightful property on a short-term lease, I found their personnel to very understanding and professional, especially as I was arranging the rental from western Canada and as such was unable to view the property in person, Caroline kindly arranged a virtual viewing and then guided me through the paperwork required to finalise the lease arrangements.

I recently utilised the services of Northwood Real Estate Warminster in renting a delightful property on a short-term lease, I found their personnel to very understanding and professional, especially as I was arranging the rental from western Canada and as such was unable to view the property in person, Caroline kindly arranged a virtual viewing and then guided me through the paperwork required to finalise the lease arrangements.

What agent could do to change your mind?
We would all like to get something for nothing, but as the saying goes, "if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys" and we prefer to pay for a service we can trust.

I note in previous reviews that comments were made from tenants that their landlords were not informed, this has never been the case. I might add that if landlords do not respond, then the process is considerably delayed.

Living out of the UK for part of the year, we can rest assured our properties are in good hands. I would not hesitate in recommending them as letting agents.
We have also purchased property through the estate agent side and the same positive experience was had.
