Avoid!!We viewed a few houses with Kings over past few weeks , after a new property has been release we have a call from the agent saying if we like to buy above property we need to use their conveyancing even having mortgage and solicitor sorted, our answer was No as far as I know it's illegal ... Avoid!!We viewed a few houses with Kings over past few weeks , after a new property has been release we have a call from the agent saying if we like to buy above property we need to use their conveyancing even having mortgage and solicitor sorted, our answer was No as far as I know it's illegal for estate agents to block buyers who will not take a mortgage with them, we did try to see another house with them and after arranging a viewing I recived a call 15min before the appointment saying that the viewing is cancel and to find out next days that the house has been sold. Don't waste your time with them as a buyer or seller. any one with similar situation should report this to Consumer Direct 08454 040506 or Office of Fair Trading (oft.gov.uk)

This is the 3rd time I've had dealings with this branch of kings and everytime, they have provided an excellent service. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Both Yemi and Dino understood what I was looking for as a buyer and helped me find the ideal property. They kept me informed throughout, answered all my questions and always got back to me as promised. They made the whole transaction go through smoothly and I'm really grateful for all their help. These guys are friendly and genuine and I would definitely use them again.

We had a very tough time buying a property in the last year with sellers repeatedly changing their minds. This also happened to us with a property marketed through Kings group. However I have to commend Yemi and Dino for how they dealt with the situation. They were very proactive in trying to first resolve the situation with the seller, keep us updated and finally find us another suitable property when it became clear things wouldn't work out on the first place. We are now happily moved in to our new home thanks to Yemi and Dino. Their proactive attitude and good communication really stood out for us after some awful experiences with other agents.
