Charles started his career as a trainee surveyor before opting for a role in residential sales. He has spent most of his career working alongside James Sellicks and
was instrumental in the formation of the company in back in 1997.

Having recently sold a property through James Sellicks’s Leicester branch, the whole process from valuation to completion was very efficient.
Charles Beretta demonstrated a great market knowledge and valued the property very accurately. The service from the Leicester office team was always very attentive, and nothing was a bother.
Once the offer was received, Anne Mann did an absolutely magnificent job, successfully handling the various trials and tribulations encountered, through to the sale conclusion. Anne is a gem.

From the time we requested the quote, James Sellicks were very good. Charles did our initial survey, they set up the profile on Rightmove and arranged for viewing. They also followed up on buyers after the viewings. Kirsty gave us updates on a weekly basis and also helped us identify the full chain. This put our mind to rest and helped us understand the process involved. Very good presentation Broucher for the property.
