Sushmita is by far one of the most proactive and professional property managers at Ludlow Thompson. Sushmita has been managing my property for over two years now and has taken the headache out of dealing with the day to day issues faced by any landlord (Leaking roof, plumbing woes, landlord licensing, etc), especially whilst living across the other side of the pond in a different time zone.

Sushmita is by far one of the most proactive and professional property managers at Ludlow Thompson. Sushmita has been managing my property for over two years now and has taken the headache out of dealing with the day to day issues faced by any landlord (Leaking roof, plumbing woes, landlord licensing, etc), especially whilst living across the other side of the pond in a different time zone.
She has never failed to deliver and I look forward to working with Sushmita and her team for the foreseeable future and I honestly can't recommend her enough!

LudlowThompson have been excellent agents. They have a very high level of service and all of their staff are very kind, helpful and professional. In particular, Sushmita has been a wonderful help in getting everything sorted for us. She has been very quick to answer any questions, get us the necessary information, as well as liaising with the landlord. She has helped to make it a very smooth process. I would highly recommend her and Ludlow Thompson as a whole.
