David has taken over the former manager role, that Molly at X1 lettings in Machester had. To me David is totally the opposite to his former colleague, he does REPLY to emails for a change. I have been in the x1 building since summer and have had no negative experiences. David has been very helpful and answers emails with any queries that I send in a very timely manner.
