I would avoid David Cliff. Valued our property which we paid £417k 22 years ago and which we have built a two bed permitted development bungalow on with 360 degree views of countryside, as well as numerous outbuildings, it also has 1.5 acres of land, the majority of which has permitted development rights applied. Located within an upmarket part of Wokingham They valued it a £500k, somthing tells me they have developer friend they would want to sell it to. I thought this kind of shifty back have

Nd behaviour had stopped. Such a shame as we are looking a developer to purchase our land. PhD i guess is out next best bet.
