Bethany, Leanne, Danielle and the whole Harwood team have looked after the sale of my family property following a bereavement.
They have held my hand throughout the process, supporting and guiding me through from initial marketing, then following through from offer to sale completion.
They have been very proactive in the sale and regularly updating me.
I would highly recommend using the Harwood team as my experience has been excellent.
I chose their fully inclusive fees package and DC Law who handled the conveyancing have been equally as fantastic on the legal side. I would also recommend this package as I had no worries and knew exactly what the costs would be.

Had a great experience from start to finish with the girls from the Harwood office. Found them to be fair on the pricing, professional and on the ball. never once did we need to chase them at any stage in the sale. Fair. Cant complain as they had two people put offers in on our house within a week of us putting it up for sale and it sold in the second week

I was really nervous about selling my house but the staff at Harwood have been amazing from start to finish! Not only did Leanne not pressure me in any way following her valuation I felt that she really cared about my emotional attachment to my house. Beth was exceptional through the whole process and negotiated a sale prive of £7k more than the asking price. She was always at the end of the phone to answer any queries. Nothing has been too much trouble for the whole Harwood team and I will absolutely be recommending them to my friends & family. They are a real credit to Miller Metcalfe and give estate agents a good name!
