The end result was finding a tenant paying a monthly rate 25% above that achieved previously

by a competitor Doncaster agent. Not only this but finding the caliber of tenant willing to invest in decorating and improving the property at their own expense! The entire team at 247 does an excellent job following up with any questions and liaising between the landlord and tenant. A special shout out to Megan in the office for her great communication and dedicated service. This is how a service business should operate. By putting the customer first, they have earned and deserve the success they achieved. I'm looking forward to using their property investment services in the future.
