Then throughout the process Northwood, via Lindsey, have been very pro-active with the sales process making sure things were progressing via the solicitors and keeping us updated at all times.
In my experience some estate agents just answer the phone and arrange viewings. Northwood are so much more that that. They partner with you and provide expertise and an excellent service and are with you throughout the whole process.
Many thanks to Lindsey and Cheryl for excellence delivered with a smile.
If you are looking for a professional estate agency you will not find better.

Excellent customer service and expertise
We have looked at many properties with lots of different agents over the previous few months. This last weekend we viewed one that was on the market with Northwood. The attitude of the staff which has been a combination of friendly helpfulness, mixed with professionalism and efficiency has stood out head and shoulders above other agencies. They were even able to bring to our attention a property that they thought we would like even though on paper it didn't tick all the boxes and hey ho we are now in the process of buying it - they really do know what they are doing. I can't recommend them highly enough. It is still early days in the process but so far they have made it very straight forward and easy and have acted very quickly.

Lindsey went above an beyond her job in selling and securing our new home.
Lindsey is a credit to Northwood and I’m sure it would not be the same place without her.
Buying our new build has been a long journey , and it’s only with the help of Lindsey that it got completed. She should add developer and solicitor to her CV, she has been truly amazing , this was not just a job for her it was far more. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to sell or buy to go through Northwood Thorne with Lindsey.

If I have had any issues or questions, Lindsey has helped me in a professional and timely manner. I have never felt like anything is too much trouble and at no point did I just feel like a number or a project, she genuinely cared about finding the right home for me.
