In June/July 2023 I required to sell my property in Glasgow, Scotland. Being resident in Perth, Western Australia and having a tenant in the property I wasn't too sure in how to go about this or even where to begin.
Fortunately, as Coda Estates were my Property Manager they flawlessly arranged and managed everything for me including finding a suitable property for my tenant.
All throughout the sale of the property and the relocation of my tenant, I could not fault the professional service and support that Coda Estates provided.
I would highly recommend Coda Estates to anyone who would be looking to buy or sell a property, or even just looking for some genuine and trusting advice regarding any matters relating to the property market in general.

The team worked very quickly to get the property on the market and subsequently kept me well informed of developments. The provided sound guidance on the best sales strategy and were always available if I needed to contact them.
The team worked hard in a challenging property market to ensure I received at least the valuation.

From start to finish both selling and renting properties from coda estates the customer service we received has been 1st class from every member of staff. Would highly recommend this company so helpful and friendly.. by far the best property company I have used.. can't thank them enough for what they have done for me and my family. I sold my property through coda in less than a week after a terrible time with another company which coda help sort out. Now I rent a property from them which is amazing for my family..

I have been dealing with Sharon from CODA for several years & couldn't recommend her services enough.
She is friendly, very well informed of the local market, always looking out for your best interests and generally going above & beyond the service you would expect from an estate agent.
In a recent example she has been able to arrange a purchase, place a tenant, sell the sellers furniture to new tenant, arrange gas, electric & Legionella Assessments with everything concluding on the same date. This has worked perfectly for the seller, the purchaser (myself) & the tenant - it is this sort of above and beyond type service as a buyer & landlord that makes Sharon & CODA a step above your normal estate agent.
