This was our first time renting an apartment and the team at JorgensenTurner made it seamless. They were very transparent with everything we may need to do approaching the move and communicated clearly with us the entire time.
There were no confusing documents or requirements but I'd say most importantly, all the staff we spoke to were patient and compassionate as we approached our move.
Standouts who helped us include Monica who we emailed the most and dealt with the majority of our questions, Ieva who hosted our viewing and carefully took us through what options we had, and Shannon for arranging the whole thing as well as keeping us informed and being a fantastic direct communicator.
Since moving in we have had a couple of problems but each one has been solved entirely stress free and with quick responses from property management.
I would absolutely choose this agent again for any future moves - thank you.

Shannon and Ieva went over and beyond the Call of Duty to help me. I was shown patiently, with great sensitivity and insight, 3 exceptionally nice places. One of them in particular impressed me so much that I came home and raved about it. I immediately wanted it. It was well-designed and spacious and a lot of thought went into making it work for most people. The only problem I had was that this was the first place I had seen. It ticked almost all boxes, but by the time I got home, I had 10 calls and countless emails from other agents waiting for me. Amongst those was a huge period flat, and regrettably, I am truly not a modern design person. So, it was absolutely no fault of either agent that decided to go with an older 3 br, closer to work. They are brilliant and the courtesy and kindly way they helped me in my need to transition from a lovely but now overpriced 1 BR flat, was exceptional. Ieva gave me all her time and attention and Shannon has a bright future. Your team in the office when I came by were all cheerful and welcoming. So, again, thank you and I wish you all tremendous luck in this difficult market. Please make sure that Shannon knows she did everything right.

Jorgensen Turner has been letting our property consecutively for 6-7 years now. We have always had good experience with them and would highly recommend JT to any property owners. The staff kept us updated during the marketing process and communicated well between the landlord and tenants. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional, they screen the tenants carefully and saved us a lot of worries. Five stars goes to JT Queens Park office with no hesitation.

Jorgensen Turner have been by far the best agent I have dealt with in London. Having found a place we liked, we were unfortunate in that other tenants had an offer accepted before us. We were very disappointed as we absolutely loved the place. Fortunately, the place became available again though and Benjamin from Jorgensen Turner went above and beyond to reach back out to us letting us know. From that moment, the whole customer experience was spot on. Both Benjamin and Ieva kept us regularly up-to-date, going back and forth between the landlady and us to ensure we knew how things were progressing. I have experienced many agents in the past that simply aren't interested or are just trying to get you through as fast as possible. Not here though. Everything was done extremely professionally, Ieva even followed up with us a few weeks after the move to check-in that everything was going OK. I've never seen this in the 5 other tenancies I've had during my time in London! Particularly during the COVID situation, the team went out of their way to ensure things were done properly, whilst still allowing us to get all the information we needed to make a decision on the tenancy. Honestly - I couldn't rate the team any better - from start to finish, the customer centric mindset, the regular communication, the willingness to work with us and the landlady to accommodate our needs, and the follow up - was all in all a great experience and excellent job by Ieva and Benjamin. Thanks a lot to them for making this possible and moving into a home we love!

I spoke to several lettings agents while searching for the right one, and JT impressed me the most. I haven't had any reason to regret going with them since. Ieva and Ben responded to my (many) emails promptly and kept me informed. They gave a higher valuation than the other agents, basing this on a larger number of similar properties. Then then found tenants extremely quickly, and the process was pretty much stress-free for me. I feel reassured that my property is in safe hands, and that my tenants are also being looked after.
