Overall my experience with Braemore has been good. Sometimes during the lease they have been slow at replying or fixing things but this is like every letting agency and the slow replies were only on a few occasions. Overall my experience with Braemore has been good. Sometimes during the lease they have been slow at replying or fixing things but this is like every letting agency and the slow replies were only on a few occasions. Everything that we had reported had been fixed or replaced. When terminating the lease we contacted Laura Gamble and Juli Scarlett. They were extremely helpful and very quick at replying and made the ending of the lease much smoother and less stressful.

Excellent service from Braemore from viewing the apartment to signing of the lease. Juli Scarlett was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with and responded to my queries about the lease requirements promptly, she made the entire experience of having to change letting agents a positive one.
