We are new landlords and it was a bit daunting thinking how we could rent our property which is not in the centre of Edinburgh and a little harder to reach. We are new landlords and it was a bit daunting thinking how we could rent our property which is not in the centre of Edinburgh and a little harder to reach. After a fabulous review from a friend,who had been a tenant of Factotum, we got in touch and it has been a joy. Natasha ( and Harry) have been efficient and friendly dealing with any of our queries and those of our tenants swiftly and with complete professionalism. My friend was absolutely spot on as are, in our experience, the other very positive reviews. I would definitely spread the word and recommend Factotum

Natasha has been professional and attentive in finding a longer term let for my flat. She keeps me up to date with all developments related to my let both prior and since finding a tennant whilst being able to work on her initiatives to problem solve any minor issues that arise. What agent could do to change your mind?
The fees are reasonable for the services offered and around the going rate particularly as the start up fees isn't exorbitant.
