Helen started working for Cj Hole in March 2016 joining the friendly team at Bradley Stoke as our part-time Sales Progressor. Having a strong knowledge within all areas of estate agency and over 10 years experience Helen is very passionate about her role within the company. Her day to day role involves communicati
ng with all of the clients involved in the sales process once a property has been sold. This process continues from the day the sale has been agreed, through to the exchange of contracts and subsequent completion. This means that all buyers, sellers, solicitors, brokers and other estate agents involved in the chain are communicated with enabling a smooth transaction from start to finish. Never a moment to spare, when not working, Helen enjoys spending quality time with her partner, watching him perform in one of his many bands. Also, she is an avid fan of her son, who performs at local Street Dance events and is always there to cheer him on. If this wasn't enough she also has her two horses, Harri and Rhapper, which she professionally trains along with other horses on a day to day basis. Last and by no means least their German wirehaired pointer called Zeiger takes up the remainder of her time.

I sold my property through C J Hole. From my first conversation with Julian in sales to my interaction with Helen in sales progression, I didn't actually meet them face to face as I live 100 miles away. But this did not make any difference to a very professional transaction end to end. We agreed on a exchange of contracts and completion on the same day which was 31st March. We achieved to close the deal on that day, to my complete satisfaction. I would whole heartedly recommend CJ Hole without reservation.

We have been buying since July and the last few months just couldn't do without her. Excellent communicator, fast and efficient at chasing people up and down the chain. She has also been wonderful at reassuring and updating us when needed.

We were pleased to deal with a brick and mortar estate agent rather than an online one, where they don't have a progression team.

Excellent from start to finish. Extremely professional throughout a lengthy sales process with added complexity of a very long chain. We have been impressed with the entire team approach. They are well organised and very pro-active in getting a sale through to exchange and final completion; exemplified in that they far outshine the competition. Other parties in the chain including solicitors and other estate agents were just happy to sit back and let others do the work for them, no doubt picking up an enormous fee for doing very little. CJ hole are quality and would like to thank Sam and her team: Julian, Steph, Taylor, Helen and Vicky for all their very hard work.

I would just like to take the time to thank C J Hole in Bradley Stoke for the work they recently carried out for my father.
He was selling his house, and buying a flat so he could be close to my Mother who was unwell.
As it turned out Mum died mid point of the process so everything changed.
Everybody was very understanding and supportive, taking the time to explain the process all the way through, liaising with the solicitors and purchasers of Dad's house, keeping them on side when we experienced a longish delay in settling probate for my mothers estate.
They were always happy to talk and answer our questions, and actively chasing how the process was progressing.
It culminated in Dad moving to his new place this week, and he is really happy.

I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this estate agency. I recently sold my property with them and was very impressed with their friendly professionalism from start to finish.
