I have been letting my own home with Braemore for the past 12 years and in that time there have been no issues of concern - only 3 marketings and great tenants have been quickly found. The remarkable thing is that with Braemore Lettings - through their pervasive professionalism and dedicated efficient administration by my property manager - I have total peace of mind, bordering on detachment - I am 100% satisfied.

Avoid at all costs - a bunch of crooks who tried to claim almost 50% of my deposit. The flat was given back in good condition and the agents, namely Kjartan attempted to put forward ridiculous claims for false costs. Avoid at all costs - a bunch of crooks who tried to claim almost 50% of my deposit. The flat was given back in good condition and the agents, namely Kjartan attempted to put forward ridiculous claims for false costs.
I had to wait until the government deposit scheme looked into it and eventually awarded my deposit back. I believe Braemore do this as a scam because most people will not wait months to challenge the ridiculous costs that they try to spring on tenants at the end.
* Braemore's reputation is so bad in this regard they even try to sell you into writing them a good review right before they assess/ keep your deposit. AVOID AVOID AVOID

From the start to the end of my tenancy, I found Kjartan and the rest of the team at Braemore very helpful. The team were helpful when I had issues and were quick to organise tradespersons to resolve problems.
Unfortunately, my tenancy did not last as long as expected, however the service I received during my time was second to none and would definitely use Braemore again.
The application / move in process was completed in a matter of weeks.

I have used Braemore as a landlord for the past 2 years. Recently, while my flat has been on the market for re-let, Kjartan Behm has been my Property Manager. He has been very helpful, efficient, is a good communicator and responds promptly to my queries. On several occasions Kjartan has "gone the extra mile" to deal with issues that have needed attended to during the re-let, which I've much appreciated. He is really approachable and strikes a good balance between being professional and friendly. All the other staff I've liaised with at Braemore have also provided a great service. Thank you to everyone.

The agency merged with Braemore some time later, and I was concerned that the brilliant service I enjoyed would suffer from this move; yet I could not be more wrong. In course of my tenancy all of my queries have been answered and problems solved with speed, professionalism and to my full satisfaction - all repairs, checks and replacements of appliances. I'm also quite pleased that I never had to take any days off to provide access to the flat - the agency is arranging everything with my permission, but without any trouble for me or any interference with my working hours. Transparent, quick and reliable service, I'm a very happy tenant!

I have been more than satisfied with the level of service I have received from Click Let during our two year tennancy, The staff are very responsive to emails, usually responding on the same day. I found Kjartan especially helpful. She was wonderful when it came to ending our tennancy and was happy to answer all my questions and was always pleasant and polite. She is a real asset to the company. Any repairs we had to request have always been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would happily recommend these agents to friends.
