Tim is the first agent I talked to when I started my property search six months ago (and I wish the only one as all other agencies are so old school!). He always answers all my questions and is always there if I have any queries. And as a first-time buyer... I have lots of them! Also, working in tech and valuing efficiency, I'm really impressed by the professionalism and clarity of Tim's communication. I have super busy days and despite telling all agencies I prefer to text than to call everyone still calls me... apart from Tim who sends me a WhatsApp message, which is what... we do in 2019 :) I always get super clear information about appointments over text which is helpful and makes my busy life easier. Can't recommend Tim enough!

After a year of looking for the right property we have finally been able to purchase our first home with Location location with the help on Timothy Kearney. With two boys under 5 in tow Tim was an absolute star showing us around properties and could not do enough to help. Which included entertaining our kids while we looked around flats!We are so happy that we have finally found the perfect place to live and couldn't have done it without their help!

Location Location are wonderful! Through a stressful purchase they were extremely supportive, highly professional, and always kind, friendly and patient. I have no hesitation in recommending them. I chose Location Location because Vicky was by far the best when it came to valuation and explaining the process. Way ahead of the other agents. The pre-market launch was very successful, and a week later I had a number of great offers to consider.
Unfortunately the buyer pulled out just before exchange. Tim, Azhar, Peter and the others put on a massive effort to re-market the property. Within 2 weeks I had more good offers to consider.
Lauretta was brilliant as the sale progressed. She was dealing with 6 different solicitors and 4 other estate agents to tie up all the exchanges in the chain.
